Today, Tuesday, March 12th, at 1pm EST, HUD will be hosting a training on Housing Notice 2024-05 on Budget Based Rent Adjustments (BBRA) for eligible M2M properties.  This time will be used to provide a summary of the notice which sets forth the eligibility requirements and the policies and procedures for obtaining a BBRA.
