The deadline for the Service Coordinator Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), announced on December 15, 2023, was extended. The new application deadline is April 9, 2024, at 11:59pm EST.
 
The funding amount is available is $40 million dollars and will be used to fund 3-year grants for both first-time applicants and those that are looking to expand their current service coordination programs.
